Brought the family Porsche in for its 2year /20k mile service (even though it only has 10k). Daniel Wurzer (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I had a couple unforeseen circumstances occur and Daniel accommodated me. His communication, problem-solving, and professionalism highlighted his commitment to the customer experience. Had a great experience at the Porsche Service Center in Naperville. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My car was serviced correctly and returned in perfect condition. Excellent service all around definitely a place you can trust with your Porsche.

On a recent trip on a Friday between Kentucky and Illinois I had damage to my back tire causing a flat tire. Porsche Naperville was the closest service center and I called in search of a replacement tire. Chris answered the call, checked and confirmed a tire in stock. The tire change to the spare was completed a little after 3pm and we were 2 hrs away from the dealership which closed at 5.
