Not the usual Porsche customer service I would expect. I made an appt for a software update, but then they took 3 days to start on the update! Whats the point of making an appointment if the work is put off? The worst part is they didnt call me to tell me they hadnt started it and it would take a couple more days. My car had been sitting there from Tuesday to Thursday. They did give me a loner but that wasnt until late in the day on Wed. It was finished on Friday at 5 pm.
