Excellent experience! My service consultant, David Riddle was great. He kept me informed throughout the entire process from identification of the problem to the return of my car. I very much appreciated the complementary chauffeur service to home and back. Will highly recommend Porsche River Oaks service.
I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a used car from here, and during the buying process, they tried to sell me a different car than I had looked up and researched, telling me the car I wanted was already sold. When I was walking away, the car I wanted suddenly was available. I did buy that car, and I love it. However, when I finally was able to drive the car away (days later), it was not detailed, and smudges were visible on the leather dashboard.
