The customer service here is terrible. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall the experience felt very low-quality. I will not be coming back to this location.
I came here as a Porsche enthusiastic, motivated buyer with the love for this thrilling brand. Sadly, NOBODY not a salesman, manager or staff welcome or approached me for help while I was strolling thru their great inventory selection for 30-45 mins. I think it’s a discrimination thing where they frown on young buyers or expect those to make 7 figures simply to afford their cars. Sadly, I ended taking my business elsewhere!
I'd never been to a Porsche dealership before, this recent visit being the first time I had come there. I admired the Eames chairs, the overhead LED lighting, and the light techno music playing over the speakers. The SUVs are dark and handsome and the sleek 911 Carreras and the Cayenne are super cool. I was told the Cayenne all-electric will be released at the end of 2026. They have modern self-driving features for freeways, though not as full featured as a Tesla Model 3.
Gary was a very pleasant salesperson and did a great job Once again, porsche revered city was a great experience
