Incredible experience with David Slyman, super honest and transparent which is rare to see especially at car dealerships. He was thoughtful and ready to answer every question I had. He was patient and it was clear how he focused on being honest and told me the entire process so there was no surprises!
Dealt with a very nice salesmen but dealership overall does not seem interested in actually selling their cars. We were interested in a brand new cayenne, but the dealer would only allow us to look at a 7 year old model. All while brand new, unsold unit sat there “untouchable” as several sales managers sat around with their thumbs up their butts verses turning over units in the “super rare occasion” they actually have new units that are not already pre-sold. David Slyman was awesome. I purchased a 2024 GTS 4.0 with 400 miles . I trusted them as I live in Asheville and didn’t want to preview the car. He sent me videos and extra photos of the car and guaranteed it was perfect and it was. Thank you David
It was extremely hard to reach my point of contact after dropping off my Porsche for serice. My overall experience was disappointing to say the least. Service parts and preventative maintenance will always increase profit margins; hence, far greater than sales. That industry fact needs to be forwarded to their staff. I manage over approximately 60 people, and I hold teams accountable to customer satisfaction.
Excellent and expedient service. David slyman did a great job helping us and we got an excellent deal.
