RecommendedExcellent work Communication flow when making an appointment needs to be better.
Unfortunately they thought we were a low end people in buying a special order Porsche from them especially the sales manager Amanda Smith failed to return our calls after leaving many messages, and now we are Porsche owners from somewhere else we’re we were treated as important people. I am a business owner locally will never deal with any dealership like that.
RecommendedQuality, professional service particularly Michael Lane who goes out of his way to accommodate you. And they clean the vehicle inside and out after servicing
RecommendedService department at Hilton Head Porsche is excellent. Mike Lane is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He never fails to answer all of my questions. My 911 Turbo is in good hands at Hilton Head Porsche.
RecommendedWe are happy with our experience at Hilton Head Porsche. Got a nice Macan for my wife and she loves it. The people were great to work with. Elliott, Gregor and Amanda. Thanks for making it fun to buy a car
RecommendedEveryone at the dealership is extremely helpful and courteous. The get you in and out whenever they say they will
RecommendedGreat service and communication of issues
RecommendedElliot made the entire purchase process seamless and easy from start to finish. There was never a surprise and the car was delivered perfectly, early, and in a thoroughly professional and comprehensive manner. I am pleased both with my Porsche purchase and also my choice of a local dealer.
Since I moved to HHI six years ago, all my service calls at Porsche of Hilton Head have been exceptional!! It’s great to be greeted by name by Michael Lane the Service Manager as soon as you pull up to the door. When your car is ready, it comes back absolutely spotless, looking like it’s ready for the showroom floor. Puts a smile on my face every single time.
