My experiences with Porsche of Greenville's parts department have been extraordinarily positive on every occasion. The parts clerks are knowledgeable and cordial always. The experience shopping for Porsche parts is always a pleasure.
Very Friendly and Helpful We were interested in buying a used car and called this dealer to see how much it would cost to have them examine it and do a tune up if needed. They were very kind and offered lots of useful information.
Not For Me We test drove the Porshe SUV at Porsche North Scottsdale. While we did not care for the car the staff was friendly.
Made me feel Special I just stopped in to price out the car, and after being sticker shocked, I was impressed they were still helpful eventhough I couldn't afford one. I was still treated with repect.
Automobiles - new We purchased a used 2000 model car from this dealership and later, a new 2005, both Marquis GSs. When we drove the new car in quiet surroundings, we noticed the exhaust system was extremely loud. We called this to the attention of the general manager who said all 2005 models sound that way. The next month, he called our home to say he would have the car picked up and kept for a few days give me a loaner until our car was fixed to our satisfaction. Deal Motor Cars is BEST This place is always has great customer service when you go there. Everyone is so nice you are not bothered you can look around and they will let you look.
Deal Motor Cars is a very poor dealership It is very hard to get a hold of anyone in the service department to get my VW Bug serviced. And there was the time where my water pump had to be fixed 3 times before they got it right. Don't go here if you can avoid.
