Had a great experience at the Porsche Now store. I happened to be with the family at Santana Row. Found the store by accident and decided to see what it was about. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by their staff. They had an abundance of Porsche merchandise from hats to jackets. I also ended up having a great conversation with one of their staff about Macans. Definitely a positive experience, since I recently purchased my second Porsche; and i will definitely return to purchase some merchandise in the future.
We went to the store to check it out the prices and We saw 4 staff there at the counter not a single person greeted us or asked us if we have any questions. I never saw this level of poor coustomer service. Feel Sorry for owner keeping the employees who are not productive
I hosted an international women’s event at Porsche Santana Row, and the experience was outstanding! The team provided exceptional support, ensuring seamless organization and a stress-free process. The venue was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend for private events!
Kevin was super nice and genuine. I walked in and he greated me happily, asked me how i was doing, He was super welcoming and we had a great conversation. Kevin and Melissa were super nice, I highly recommend to stopping by! 10/10 customer service ❤️
Went in during one of the events hosted by the Porsche Now team. The event was fun & I got to talk to members of the team. The staff members were polite & made me feel welcomed throughout my visit.
