I have been getting the run around for 6 months. I would not buy a Go Kart from this place. The Service department destroyed my car and refuses, so far to repair it. More to come on this!

Chris in the service department is the best service advisor I have worked with in a very long time. He is extremely helpful and accommodating and always trying to make sure I have what I need. Chris is extremely organized and on target for providing a quick turnaround.
Service Dept is very friendly and gets you in and out very fast . Easy to get loaner car .

When at Porsche North Houston I always feel like I’m there visiting family. You are greeted when you drop off your Porsche for service. You walked over to your service person, offer a drink and a snack, go over your reason for visit, then escorted to the lounge if you didn’t reserve a loaner car. Usually the Efan who sold me my Porsche stops by to catch up on things and the family. I just love it there.

I took my car into Porsche today so that they could check my front brakes. It appeared that the front brakes were way too low, but the back brakes were good. (I just purchased my Cayman GTS in August 2020) I took my car into Porsche and told them what was going on. John, and Mike quickly took action and checked my car out, and replaced the front brakes and rotors at NO COST to me.
