This company is nothing but a joke. They kept my car in service for more than 2 months and returned it with the same issue I had when I brought it in for service.They replaced my battery and charged me $2000. In the report (written by them), my battery was diagnosed as FAIR! The first time I brought my car in for service, they made me spend more than $9,000 to fix a cooling issue, change the battery, and address some other minor things. On November 23, 2023, I brought my 2019 Porsche Boxster to this dealer for an oil change. I purchased the vehicle from this dealer as new in 2019. Since then, I have driven the vehicle only **** miles. ******* the low mileage, as recommended, I have returned to the dealer annually for an oil change. In October of 2022, the dealer charged me $282.38 for the oil change. This year, without informing me prior to the time I arrived for the service, the dealer charged me $459.87 for the oil change. The review is inaccurate as the client was provided an estimate at time-of-service write-up, agreed to the having the work performed, and the amount of the final charges reflected the final bill. Also, the amount charged was the exact same amount as the client's charges one year ago. Very dishonest on the conditions of their cars I bought a 2017 911 GTS. I reported to the the day of delivery the car was filthy and had 1/4 tank of gas. The interior smelled like some one or thing died in it .As the cleaning perfume wore off I requested them to take the car back . Surprised for them I needed to buy another car in inventory and take a $120k hit. These guys are either completely incompetent, or totally deceptive. Please never deal with ******* or ***** at this dealership. I am from ** and was ready to buy one of their cars on a Monday am immediately after it was listed. They told me it needed to go to the workshop, which I found a bit odd. My vehicle has been in the hands of Porsche Broward County for now over 30 days I've heard zero details on the status of my vehicle. The technician has provided me next to nothing in information or service. You would expect different quality of service going directly to the dealership.
