These guys are either completely incompetent, or totally deceptive. Please never deal with ******* or ***** at this dealership. I am from ** and was ready to buy one of their cars on a Monday am immediately after it was listed. They told me it needed to go to the workshop, which I found a bit odd. I expressed that I was willing to pay a deposit to hold the car, but they declined.I kept following up and they strung me along with its almost ready. The worst service department I have ever worked with in over 20 years. My car was in and out of their service shop for 6 months for the same problem, which they never fixed. I was promised time and time again that they would resolve the issue yet nothing has changed. I recently took my car to another Porsche dealership and they were astonished at how poor the work was at Porsche Marin. They also damaged the car during the services and didn't notify me. I would not trust them nor waste your time taking it to their dealership.

After 16 years of having my car serviced at **********************, I will no longer continue to take my 2002 911 for service. Recently took the car in for annual service and oil change. **** at the ******* department indicated there was a coolant leak resulting from a faulty water pump. I oked the service and paid $2,700. Two weeks later, found coolant leaking onto my garage floor. Returned the car to ********************** and was told the problem was a crack in the coolant bottle, $1700 to repair.
