Battery conked out n i had Porsche Road Sider Service jumped my 2025 911 n i drove it to Porsche Irvine. Yves was the contact n recommended a new battery plus hard wire in the battery trickle charger. But i already bought the Porsche branded CTEK trickle charger so we only change out the battery under warantee (no $ outta my pocket). No fuzz, no questions, all good. Irvine Porsche was unable to repair the vehicle in a timely manner. The car sat at the dealership for a week and a half. It was only worked on one day. The dealership was not actively trying to repair it. Made various excuses. I finally picked up the car unrepaired and took it to a different dealership. The car was diagnosed the same day and parts were ordered for the repair. It is very unprofessional for Irvine Porsche to not work on the car and say that they are and let it just sit on their lot.
