Porsche Irvine does a great job. From the start, on my arrival I was greeted by a waiting attendant. I then promptly met my advisor Jonathan who gave an update on all that would be done; I got the loaner key and was off. On my return the car was cleaned, all maintenance work completed and Jon and I agreed on the next service date. Overall, a great experience with a great service advisor: Thanks Jon & Team Porsche Irvine!
Took my vehicle in for a recall. Got a loaner that was great. Only wish I’d be told in advance that it could take multiple days. But otherwise all was great. Henry, my advisor was excellent.
