Everything was completed in line with the initial estimate, with no surprises. Thomas maintained consistent communication and provided updates throughout the entire service.
Service rep that took the responsibility of facilitating the service was responsive and professional but the reason i took the vehicle in (passenger door rattling) was not resolved after performing the T.I. Bulletin to correct the issue. They should test drive the vehicle before and after the fix to verify the noise is no longer present. Also, rear trunk will not close after pressing the rear trunk button and a "new tire" message will not go away. both of these issues occurred after a software update.
Excellent customer service by my service rep, Mason. He kept me in the loop with the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with.

I just moved to San Clemente from the Los Angeles area and was torn between going to Irvine Porsche, Carlsbad Porsche or Downtown Motors Porsche for service.
