This is the 2nd time I have utilized the service department at Porsche Irvine. Neither time involved anything I would consider a manufacturing issue just a small fender ding and a flat tire. Both were covered by my supplemental warranty. Yves was my service representative on both occasions. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and was kept apprised of the progress. I feel really lucky to have a reliable dealership in our community.

I had an excellent experience at the Porsche dealership for regular service of my vehicle. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will always recommend Porsche to my friends and family, especially because of the customer service component. I was particularly impressed with the video I received from one of the technicians going over the details of his inspection on my vehicle. This feature was very impressive and is another example of how Porsche sets itself apart from other auto brands. Thank you again!

This was my home dealership for 2 years. Moved out of state for 5 years. Came back and couldn't wait to bring my Porsche's back to Irvine. Proper dealership Service Experience. From the moment driving up the Porters are attentative and friendly. Yves, was awesome, and I am happy that Porsche Irvine again is my home dealership.
