Had an impressive second service experience at Porsche Irvine. The courteous and attentive service by Renato Rodrigues made my drop off and pick up of my Macan on its 2nd service seamless and great. I even received a video from the Porsche mechanic showing me and commenting on the condition of the entire under chasis of my vehicle while on the lift during service. They did an excellent job repairing my wheels back to its original mint condition. Very satisfied at Porsched Irvine!

I took my 911 for a complimentary service event (free service campaign to check on turbo pipe + inspection) this week at Porsche Irvine and had a great experience. It took just a little over 1 hour for everything to be done. My tires all need replacement, but I didn't feel any pressure to do it on the spot. Yves (my service advisor) is extremely nice to work with. He is very courteous and communicates super clearly about what to expect. Brought my car into Porsche Irvine Service for some software updates related to recalls and also had a wheel alignment performed. From the setting up of the appointment, to the first contact upon arrival, to the interaction with the Service Advisor Shawn, to the loaner car that was provided, to the pickup of the vehicle upon completion, everything was so smooth and all my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend Shawn and Porsche Irvine Service to all my friends who own Porsches!
