Great place
Dealership missed a scuffed part on my new Spyder RS. At delivery, I pointed out to my salesperson the front air damage was scuffed. He promised to have it replaced. Also, my PPF installer found a minor paint damage which was also shown to my salesperson who promised to order both the scuffed part and touchup paint. It's been 11 months since delivery and after repeated requests for status on the part and paint, my requests have been ignored. Terrible service and leaves all the tv and lights on all night. I guess power conservation isn’t a thing in Porsche land
I went to the dealership and asked to see the parts department. They told us to call Porsche. We called, left messages, and emails. They never replied to us. Absolutely terrible customer service.
