Absolute corruption...$300 fee for a check engine light and no work was done. They take advantage of customers and provide recommendations for things that don't need to be repaired, especially for younger people. We had our spark plugs replaced a year ago...they recommended new spark plugs for $1K. They found out that we had recently been replaced so then they came back with, "let's try to replace the coil for $1,700 AND new spark plugs". They treat customer's money like it is a game...absolutely do not recommend.
I am from NYC and my '23 Porsche Macan S was stolen. I was looking for a replacement on Porsche's site. My local dealerships did not have any allocations available that would be deliverable until October 2025.
