I spoke with Michael, and honestly, it was a frustrating experience. While I can appreciate someone being direct and he seemed like a nice person, his approach came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. I can't say enough good things about the service department. We were recently traveling through NC when the air conditioner on our 718 GTS 4.0 gave out. The service department fit us in on a Saturday, figured out the problem and had us on our way in no time. Thank you all so much. You guys are amazing!!!!

Absolute corruption...$300 fee for a check engine light and no work was done. They take advantage of customers and provide recommendations for things that don't need to be repaired, especially for younger people. We had our spark plugs replaced a year ago...they recommended new spark plugs for $1K. They found out that we had recently been replaced so then they came back with, "let's try to replace the coil for $1,700 AND new spark plugs". They treat customer's money like it is a game...absolutely do not recommend.
