I had my 2022 Porsche cayenne serviced at Mckinney Porsche service center a couple of months ago. Paid $1555.12 Now I got warning saying no windshield fluid and need to replace the air filter. I tried to call couple of times no answer. One time went to shop and manager was not available.
My Service Advisor was Bo. He did an amazing job and they did it fast. They helped me with pricing and even dropped it off at my home. The video he shared with me really helped me understand what was going on with my wife's A7. I have taken my other A6 there and had the same treatment. This means a lot considering I work at a large Ford Dealership, but drive Audi's. Thank you, Bo, for the great customer service and quality workmanship.
Bought a CPO Panamara Turbo S, over $83K, needed 3 weeks at the local Porsche Service Shop in Colorado for issues they missed, nearly $3000 in repairs not caught in the CPO process, like throwing fault codes, warning lights on the dashboard that taillights are out. Not sure who did the 150-point inspection, but they missed a lot in this car. Stains on the leather seats; Herb Manning, my salesman, stated that I had to have it detailed (see text). As I said in my previous review of Porsche of Destin, "the sales guys like Tommy know their stuff and resist any pressure just for a "sale." Tommy knew everything about my Porsche 911 and has gone out of his way to call and check on me to see if I needed help..." Well... I'm hardly in the mood to give this dealership any more of my time. I don't type up many reviews but this needs to be one of those times where I need the warn the community. The interaction started pretty well with our salesman when we first purchased the vehicle. Oscar is a nice guy and seems to be as accommodating as possible for the things he can control as a salesperson. However, we quickly learned that the managers are absolutely a joke to deal with. Okay. I’ve had a good night’s sleep and a chance to cool off, at least a bit. It’s a longish story, but here’s what happened in a nutshell: Just yesterday, I happened to notice on Car & Driver’s “Shop Used Cars” website the availability of a 2025 Macan 4 Electric with low mileage, available at Paul Miller’s Porsche in Parsippany, NJ. The Porsche Studio is beautiful, but the sales representative was extremely rude and arrogant. Their attitude shows a total lack of basic customer service, and they acted like they were the only dealer available. This unprofessional conduct is a terrible representation of the Porsche brand and ruined the entire experience.
Thank you to David Hoyte for his exceptional after sales service. David is always a pleasure to deal with and he goes above and beyond what is expected to make time for his customers.
