Had to greet the employees walking in, not the other way around. I asked for a service advisor to go over my service maintenance intervals, fully prepared to pay the $3500 to have it done. I was instructed to go talk to "Tim". I introduced myself to Tim and explained how I wanted to go over each service recommendation (as some of them had already been done). Matt, the service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. They use a great text service to inform you of your service and make a payment on your phone while you wait. Efficient and convenient. Will certainly be back to see them next time we need service.
