Bought a CPO Panamara Turbo S, over $83K, needed 3 weeks at the local Porsche Service Shop in Colorado for issues they missed, nearly $3000 in repairs not caught in the CPO process, like throwing fault codes, warning lights on the dashboard that taillights are out. Not sure who did the 150-point inspection, but they missed a lot in this car. Stains on the leather seats; Herb Manning, my salesman, stated that I had to have it detailed (see text). Said they would reimburse me, but they never have. Multiple calls, my salesman, ... read more

As I said in my previous review of Porsche of Destin, "the sales guys like Tommy know their stuff and resist any pressure just for a "sale." Tommy knew everything about my Porsche 911 and has gone out of his way to call and check on me to see if I needed help..." Here's the next part of the story...I was having trouble with the car's PCM...I called Tommy and said..."help me please!" I've had a total of 4 Porsche automobiles, and I've never had the great care and responsiveness of this dealership before. Tommy said "... he... read more

Well... I'm hardly in the mood to give this dealership any more of my time. I don't type up many reviews but this needs to be one of those times where I need the warn the community. The interaction started pretty well with our salesman when we first purchased the vehicle. Oscar is a nice guy and seems to be as accommodating as possible for the things he can control as a salesperson. However, we quickly learned that the managers are absolutely a joke to deal with. I don't say this lightly. I've owned my very successfu... read more

Okay. I’ve had a good night’s sleep and a chance to cool off, at least a bit. It’s a longish story, but here’s what happened in a nutshell: Just yesterday, I happened to notice on Car & Driver’s “Shop Used Cars” website the availability of a 2025 Macan 4 Electric with low mileage, available at Paul Miller’s Porsche in Parsippany, NJ. I reached out and, through a few emails up & back with the first contact, Caroline, I provided all relevant details about my intended trade (photos, VIN, mileage, etc.). Next, I was contacted b... read more

The Porsche Studio is beautiful, but the sales representative was extremely rude and arrogant. Their attitude shows a total lack of basic customer service, and they acted like they were the only dealer available. This unprofessional conduct is a terrible representation of the Porsche brand and ruined the entire experience.

Thank you to David Hoyte for his exceptional after sales service. David is always a pleasure to deal with and he goes above and beyond what is expected to make time for his customers.

Bought a Black 2019 Porsche Macan from Champion Porsche of Pompano. I brought the car in consistently during these 6 years for service,tires,tune-ups.etc,(even after the lease expired...bought the car) Two months ago the A/C does not cool. The service charge just to diagnose the problem was $1600 . Yes I know. Its a Porsche for goodness sakes. lol (perhaps compressor is bad, leaking lines, etc.) I knew better. Found a mechanic. He went and bought a top brand of refrigerant for $50. (Compressor should not break down... read more

If you are a female and looking for a trust worthy salesman, look for Michael Aaron at this dealership. He is honest, helpful, knows about the vehicles and treats you respectfully! He will also go above and beyond. I will get my next Porsche from him and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this dealership he is currently at.
