Another great service on my 911 Turbo S. I highly recommend Porsche Fort Myers.
My Moms Porsche broke down and was taken to this dealership. The service advisor John should not be in a position to deal with customers face to face. Her car came from Ohio, broke down over 1500 miles away from home and is under and extended warranty. John gave attitude instead of empathy over the situation and clearly Porsche Fort Myers doesnt care that they let a service advisor like him continue to interact with customers. Avoid John and this Porsche Dealership at all cost.
Just had a repair done. The woman at the service desk( sorry I don't remember her name went out of her way to fit me in. Eddie my service coordinator was honest and very helpful. They even delivered my Cayenne back to our house. Without a doubt best service I have ever had at a Porsche dealer.
Huge shoutout to Porsche Fort Myers! Brought my little chica in for her big annual service. My advisor John was outstanding. I was not loving the car because she sounded like a garbage truck when it was stopping. They kicked that issue and now it’s perfect. Nice work Porsche Fort Myers!!!
