Okay. I’ve had a good night’s sleep and a chance to cool off, at least a bit. It’s a longish story, but here’s what happened in a nutshell: Just yesterday, I happened to notice on Car & Driver’s “Shop Used Cars” website the availability of a 2025 Macan 4 Electric with low mileage, available at Paul Miller’s Porsche in Parsippany, NJ. The Porsche Studio is beautiful, but the sales representative was extremely rude and arrogant. Their attitude shows a total lack of basic customer service, and they acted like they were the only dealer available. This unprofessional conduct is a terrible representation of the Porsche brand and ruined the entire experience.

Bought a Black 2019 Porsche Macan from Champion Porsche of Pompano. I brought the car in consistently during these 6 years for service,tires,tune-ups.etc,(even after the lease expired...bought the car) Two months ago the A/C does not cool. The service charge just to diagnose the problem was $1600 . Yes I know. Its a Porsche for goodness sakes. lol (perhaps compressor is bad, leaking lines, etc.) I knew better. Found a mechanic. He will also go above and beyond. I will get my next Porsche from him and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this dealership he is currently at.
I recently had a problem with the paint quality on a new Porsche that I had purchased. Although I had purchased the vehicle at a different location, Porsche Charlotte Northlake is much closer for my service needs. When I arrived, I was met by Olga in the service department who was fantastic to work with. My 2014 Cayenne needed a new battery to replace the defective one installed by the Porsche dealership in Warwick. My Premium AAA membership provided me with a flatbed haul from Norwich to Wallingford; Dylan in service promptly arranged for a diagnosis and worked my vehicle in for a replacement battery within 48 hours.
