i've had a porsche and been dealing with their respective service departments since 2008, and my recent experience with porsche exhange was the worst I've ever had. I was looking after my sister‘s old Cayenne and had been having it serviced at the downtown chicago Porsche dealership who have done a good job, but as I was going to be in the suburbs, I wanted to have it serviced at the highland park location.
