Porsche Exchange service department was undoubtedly the Ritz Carlton in the automotive industry my latest encounter , the came to milwaukee to pick up my 2024 911 Turbo s w 5000 miles and wanted to DRIVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR AN OIL CHANGE !!!! Over 120 miles ROUND TRIP they had committed to trailer in the past and the service was spectacular. This guy scolded me for not asking for a trailer.
