Camden was awesome and extremely helpful.
He was excellent and helped me get my truck without any hassle to me. I knew what I wanted and he got 75% of the paperwork done virtually so when I showed up it was a 20 minute process. I've gotten 5 cars in the past 7 years and this is the first time it was such a seamless process. Most other dealerships make you show up and stay there for 3-4 hours while they process paperwork. Shiraz was on it, so all I had to do was walk in and out. Would definitely buy another vehicle from him!
Shoutout to Calvin, Camden and the whole service team at Porsche Downtown. They are always over communicative. The techs write great notes in the service invoice. And they really try hard to list out all the steps they took to diagnose the problem and fix it instead of just saying "cannot recreate issue". Yes, it's pricey but did you buy a first rate Porsche to have second rate work done on it?
The Service dept is very thorough and competent. Calvin, a manager, keeps you updated as much as you want and is good at explaining issues.
LOVE Calvin! Just had my first service visit at Porsche Chicago - have been to other area dealers- very impressed!
