What a great place! The parts and service departments are top notch and very customer oriented. David in the service department is the best. He always gives me options for when I have a repair and even suggests when I can do the work myself. Everyone I've met there is so friendly and helpful. Unlike other dealerships that I've been to, they don't care where you bought your car -- they still treat you like royalty.
I was able to get the car I wanted but was not impressed with the service. I felt the salesman was dismissive and minimally responsive to questions and concerns. After buying the car he was supposed to follow up with needed information to reset the car for the new owner (me) so I could sign in, but after two weeks he has not provided the information (despite several emails and calls). Called to buy a car from them, no interest in selling. Worst customer experience i had in my life, tried to reach out to the manager "He has no interest in selling a car to you". The SALES MANAGER of the store doesn't want to answer a call? Sounds like discrimination. If you won't sell a car, then you should close the store, dedicate yourself to something else.
