The service at Porsche Cherry Hill is excellent as always. My service advisor understands my concerns and ensures that every detail is taken care of professionally. The staff is friendly, the entire service team is incredibly knowledgeable, communication is always clear, and the work is completed on time. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and their seamless loaner car program. I wouldn't take my Porsche anywhere else!
easy to schedule; updated throughout the service; car returned clean and ready to go
My service advisor, Sylvia Song, continues to provide excellent professional support. Her attention to details and thorough approach ensure that all aspects of my care are handled with excellence. I am very happy with the service department’s performance.
I always have the greatest experience at Cherry Hill Porsche. Dave, Sylvia, and Patti are the best service team I've dealt with in my 30+ years of driving.
They were great especially Sylvia, she made sure that I was informed of what was going on and did her best to get me out of there in ample time
