I recently purchased a Porsche and worked with Naomi throughout the process. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Naomi went above and beyond to answer my questions and made me feel well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend her if you’re considering a Porsche.

Today I probably met one of the most genuine people I’ve ever come across in the automotive industry’s customer service. Sounds little bit posh isn’t it) I’m not entirely sure whether this champ belongs to the Sales or Service Department — he seems to be at a management level — but he was randomly assigned( I assume) to my car which was scheduled for its annual service. Bradley in the service team is fantastic. I cannot speak more highly of him. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Porsche Centre Sydney South has become too busy over the past few years, and it shows. They clearly did not allow enough time to properly work on the vehicle. The job felt rushed, and only the basics were covered. I outlined the issues myself, but there was no real diagnosis and no attempt to resolve them.
