I was dealing with Allan and the experience was phenomenal. He is a genuine sales executive and I would highly recommend to go to him. We were working on a deal until the manager, Ravi, got involved. Ravi came in with a very condescending attitude. Within a minute of talking to him, we felt uncomfortable, judged and disrespected. He is definitely not fit to be a manager. He does not understand the basics of customer satisfaction. Allan should be the manager there.
We had the pleasure of working with Adrian Berger and Michael to secure a winter wheel and tire package. Adrian went above and beyond to secure the best pricing, as well as making arrangements to deliver the tire package to our home dealership at no cost.
