First time contacting them to get help because of the awful service received by ft myers dealership and they didn't care Didn't even take the time to hear the problem to provide an appropriate customer service Consider a different brand because this one far away from offering a service worth having a car with that name
Porsche Cars North America – Abysmal Customer Service Our Porsche Macan developed the well-known transfer case defect. I complained while under warranty, but Porsche ignored it. After warranty expiration, an independent shop confirmed the failure — Porsche still refused to help. I escalated to Porsche Cars North America and got nothing but canned responses. I then filed a BBB complaint with full documentation. Porsche didn’t even bother to respond, which is par for the course for them. This isn’t a luxury brand’s behavior — ... read more
Porsche Cars North America has completely shattered my trust in the Porsche brand. I was sold a wrecked car as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle by Porsche Orlando. All the Porsche vehicles sucks. One of the dealerships in Knoxville took $1000 deposit for Turbo, but they refused to give the money back since my finance was not approved. I ended up getting a poor performance of one of the junk car and ended up trading the vehicle quickly. Never, ever buy these suckers. Porsche vehicles are not made for common people. Only 911 vehicles are track oriented vehicles and others are pure junk. Think 100 times before you proceed to make any decision on these vehicles. It’s not worth for the big ... read more
