I cannot believe how is Porsche still in business? I'm customers for the last 20 years but for the last six months trying to get some help you cannot get anybody from Porsche on the phone. I will never again will put my hand on Porsche car ever again.
Bait and Switch — Porsche of Newport, AutoNation & Porsche HQ Porsche of Newport sold me an extended warranty that wasn’t what I was promised. Contacted higher ups regarding the abysmal service I received at Porsche Clearwater. I explained that they had my car over a year and they neglected it so much that there are now permanent defects to my car. They gave me a NOTHING response and basically said it’s between the dealership and me. They are not worthy of the Porsche crest and are a disgrace to the brand. Shame.

What an absolutely shocking experience! Having owned the Porsche product for decades, on moving to the US and purchasing our second 911. We were excited. How soon that bubble burst. We were so happy to be collecting our 911 GTS convertible. On picking up the car, we noticed a piece of paper in the glove compartment saying the underside was damaged in transit.
