I’ve consistently had excellent experiences with the Porsche service department. Scheduling an appointment is seamless, and the team is incredibly accommodating—they were even able to fit me in on short notice for an inspection, which I really appreciated. Scheduling over the website was a breeze. Only complaint was I could not select wait with the car when scheduling. The coffee bar was stocked and the waiting room was clean. Everyone was friendly and the car is driving wonderfully again.
