Ray in service truly exemplifies the ideal Porsche service experience. His history and familiarity with the brand helps put you at ease and lends to a solid experience. The tech’s I’ve encountered in my services have always been careful and professional with no extraneous damage. I’m glad we have a solid dealer service department in the metro. More important than the sales side IMO.
Highly disappointed with the customer service. I have repeatedly been trying to get an issue resolved with my original warranty paperwork for over 4 months now. Have spoken to 4 different advisors who all state they need to run it by the service manager who will call us back, to no avail. Sent an email to the General Manager and Service Manager in hopes that by going to them directly I would hear something. Crickets.
