Highly disappointed with the customer service. I have repeatedly been trying to get an issue resolved with my original warranty paperwork for over 4 months now. Have spoken to 4 different advisors who all state they need to run it by the service manager who will call us back, to no avail. Sent an email to the General Manager and Service Manager in hopes that by going to them directly I would hear something. Crickets.
