Was going to have my car serviced today but can't talk to anyone. I talked to someone on the phone who said someone would reach out with appointment details. When I receive my details, I called was on hold for six minutes and hung up, Emailed and text never received a response. I called yesterday and asked for the service department. I was in the process of purchasing a 2020 Porsche from this dealership when I encountered temporary banking issues that required me to secure my accounts. I immediately notified the sales team about the situation and kept them updated throughout the resolution process. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received from the salesperson Boban Filipovic and manager Brian Guzy at South Barrington Porsche. I found their conduct to be unprofessional and disrespectful. During our interactions, I felt that my accent was ridicule, which is unacceptable. Given the significant investment made in purchasing a vehicle, it is disheartening to experience such treatment as a customer. Called numerous times today to try to get connected to the service department. Was refused each and everytime, because I could not say exactly what was wrong with my porsche. But I just didnt know. The girl I spoke to insisted I tell her exactly what I needed, but the only thing I needed was to speak to someone in the service department. She finally connected me to a recording in the sales department. I'm sure she did that on purpose. Ended up calling the Porsche Exchange. My car is now with them.
