My last service experience was horrible. A warranty part was not fixed because someone forgot to take a video of the problem. I take my car home after my 20k service and get a low coolant light 1 week later. These are inexcusable for any brand and worse so for a "premium" brand. I'll rather drive an hour to get service somewhere else at this point.
