Communication and personalization not great —- as I said to the guy “it didn’t feel very Porsche-y.” It’s really a pity too - Customer Service isn’t that hard. I think there’s an elitist vibe in some of the team.
Excellent customer service. Location was pristine. Service rep was very professional and courteous. Did not get the steering issue corrected the first time but developed a plan to get it done.
Great customer service, communication on when parts were installed and when the car will be ready. Loaner service is seamless and a great way to take care of customers and go above and beyond
