This is the worst Porsche operation in the country hands down. I had Porsche roadside tow my Cayenne here after a blowout on the way to Dallas from San Antonio. They were awful, rude and completely unhelpful. After 3 days of back and forth I had my car towed to the San Antonio Porsche dealership and they fixed the issue. If you live in Austin. Go to the South Austin Porsche dealership they are much better.
