The service work was excellent. The problem is that it takes 3-4 weeks to get an appointment--even if there is an acute problem requiring quicker service. Suggest that the dealership pay more attention to the service availability. The quality of the service is responsive and good.
1. Had an internet oil change special for $279 expiring 3/31/26, and I scheduled service through the link. Service advisor Byron J. was assigned to me, and after the typical upsells, which I declined, I asked him how much the oil change was: He said $500. Then I said you have a $279 special going on, and he hemmed and hawed a bit, flubbed, and said "oh yes, I forgot about that." 2.
