Our first Porsche purchase ! Hans and Will were great and made the purchase smooth and easy. All done over the phone and email. We arrived to see our new Cayenne parked outside and ready to go to its new home within 3 days! Hans instructed us on the vehicle and all its options, and sent us a couple follow up emails to make sure we didn't have any questions and offered his help anytime we do.
Burdick Porsche is a great place to purchase a Porsche. They treat you right and understand your time is important. Will is great to deal with and Hans was great taking care of delivery and going over the car with me. He “knows” the car and you can tell he loves to answer whatever questions you might have. They also have an in house NYS DMV so you leave with a registration sticker not a piece of paper taped to your windshield. Great job folks!
Bought my 2025 Macan EV Turbo from Porsche Syracuse -- great experience thanks to Hans and Will, the sales manager. Even though I had to wait years for this car (it was worth the wait), both Hans and Will were extremely knowledgeable, patient and never pushed for anything I didn't want. I’d like to give a review of my experience with Driver’s Village today. I was told by a friend of mine to give a call to Will, the sales manager for Porsche. He had said there’s a turbo S that’s for sale and I’m looking for one. I gave the number a call and a Caitlan answered the phone. I asked for Will and I was put on hold.
