Total waste of time I work in Rockford so I thought maybe I will get my Porsche serviced from here and called and made an appointment over a week ahead of time and I requested a loaner as I needed to get to work and I didn’t have any time off. This was promised to me and the day before the service Noah the person of contact texts me and tells me they don’t have a loaner and they will get me dropped off in a shuttle Come on man this is a Porsche dealership. Don’t waste your time here.
I was really hesitant about buying a vehicle out-of-state, but my experience here was excellent, thanks to Troy. While my initial contact, Nate, was super helpful with providing me information on the vehicle, Troy, my salesperson, guided me through everything. I purchased a car from Porsche Rockford from out of state and they made it a wonderful experience. My salesman, Nolan, was outstanding to deal with. He answered all of my very particular questions about the vehicle and really went above and beyond to make the process easy and efficient.
