Very disappointing communication and shady business practice. Called last week to schedule service. The service advisor, Noah was unavailable so I left a vm. He did not return my call. Called again Monday morning and had to leave him another vm. I ended up going online and was able to schedule service with complimentary valet pickup for 3:00 that afternoon.
