I purchased a car from Porsche Rockford from out of state and they made it a wonderful experience. My salesman, Nolan, was outstanding to deal with. He answered all of my very particular questions about the vehicle and really went above and beyond to make the process easy and efficient. I would recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to check them out.
Very unhappy with the Service i received. I had an appointment and after one hour I was told that the programming doesn’t work, they would get me a loaner to stick around and wait if it’s going to work later on. After two hours no response, so I called them to find out it’s still not working , and I have to come back tomorrow. They promised me a discount for my inconvenience. I took delivery of a 2019 Porsche Macan S from Napleton Auto group on 12/4/24. I have purchased several cars in my time as I am 60 now. The entire process was on time and very professional. The dealership picked me up at ORD and took me directly to close on the car. Hats off to Nolan Vulgamott @ Napleton Auto Group who provided detailed information electronically and verbally to make the deal. This was a long distance buy but he made it seamless. New or used I've never had a better all around buying and delivery experience.
We had the BEST experience at Porsche Rockford!! The customer service is TOP NOTCH!! We bought a vehicle from Nolan and he was honest, thorough and friendly. They were very fair with their pricing. Would love to buy from this dealership again. Highly recommend!!
