Great service at Porsche Dropped in at the Porsche and just wanted to LOOK at a Boxster. They were so nice - I told them I could not afford a Porsche, it was just on a whim that I was even there. The next thing I know I'm driving a Boxster home. How great is that. A special thanks to the entire staff.

Great Sales Experience I recently bought a new Cayenne from Porsche of Colorado Springs and was a little worried since I was buying a car from out of state. You see I don't live in Colorado but Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions which calmed my nerves so I felt more comfortable about my new purchase. Since my Cayenne was still being built, Josh updated me when my car left Germany, when it got to the Port and when it finally got to the dealership. GREAT EXPERIENCE I recently took my C4S in for service at Porsche of Colorado Springs- they were great. Fast, friendly service- I was in and out and they even washed my car! Craig was able to squeeze me in on short notice & gave me a loaner so I wouldn't miss lunch with my wife. I moved here from CA and thought it would be difficult to find someone competent to work on my cars, this is the place.

Sad Experience This dealership started out with a bang a few years ago and has gone straight downhill. They have somehow managed to get rid of anybody with any Porsche experience whatsoever - not the least of which was Bill, the Shop Foreman, who knew EVERYTHING. I will never go back there, not even to visit. Arrogant, rude and uncaring. What a joke.
STAY AWAY FROM PORSCHE OF COLORADO SPRINGS!!!! I'VE OWNED PORSCHE'S SINCE 1959, INCLUDING MY PRESENT 993-C4-CAB. PORSCHE OF COLORADO SPRINGS HAS THE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY CALLED ME FOR A FREE RECALL ON THE MOTORS FOR THE TOP. THE TOP HAS WORKED PERFECTLY SINCE 1997, HOWEVER, THEY CONVINCED ME I SHOULD TAKE THE NEW FREE TOP MOTORS. AFTER THEY INSTALLED, I TRIED THE TOP ON MY WAY HOME AND IT WOULDN'T WORK, SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES. THEY SAID IT MUST BE A FUSE OR SOMETHING SIMPLE AND WOULD ... read more
