I bought an extended warranty for my porsche macan and sold it after 4 years so i was entitled to a prorated refund for the warranty still left. The car still had about 1.5 yrs warranty left on it when we got it so we bought a extended to go into use after the original was out. When we contacted the dealership about our refund we was told it wasnt in effect any more because they started the extended warranty at the time of purchase even though there was 1.5 yrs still left on the original one. I had a coolant leak and had my Boxster towed into this dealership from 60 miles away. My vacation road trip, planned for a long time, was basically cancelled and I was at the mercy of the service department. Despite the unavailability of any appointments, their techs stayed late and resolved my issue and I was back on the road in less than 24 hrs. RecommendedWe have used their service department in the past, so when we decided to purchase a car, they were tops on list. The sales folks were very nice, patience, and understanding as well as helpful in ordering our new car. After delivery, the car was perfectly detailed, every component carefully explained as well as the operation of the vehicle. Yes, we would recommend Porsche Asheville to our friends, and maybe even to a few of our non-friends!

My first service at this dealership,they were awesome . Modern facility said it would take 2 hours car ready to go in 2 hours. Very friendly staff. Nice to know there is a really good dealership close to me.
