If you're looking for a luxury buying experience, I'd advise you to avoid Porsche Annapolis. -Traded in a vehicle and 30 days later they haven't paid my positive equity (Was told that they've already sold my trade in) -30 days in and still no key to the glove compartment and no update -The vehicle review/onboarding was poor and definitely not what you'd expect from a luxury brand -Zero follow up to my concerns -Multiple requests after the purchase to sign additional paperwork It's a shame that the Porsche brand is associated... read more
Excellent repair work on my '22 Taycan. After a battery warning indication, I brought it in for troubleshooting. It was determinied using a newly installed Porsche battery monitoring software that I had two failing battery cell modules on the traction battery. Module replacement was to be done at the Annapolis shop. While I was warned that the cell modules were back ordered, we were surprised to see the modules delivered two days later.
