The Porsche Ann Arbor team provides the level of service that you would expect. Their sales and service team are fantastic and very pleasant to work with. I especially appreciate the Phil and Connor from the service department; they have helped keep our Porsche in great shape. They do great work and I’ve never once been left unhappy. Thank you!

Porsche Ann Arbor has the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with. Phil Kaiser goes above and beyond for his customers. I've owned 7 Porsches over the years and cars from luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Lexus, Cadillac and Lincoln. So I've dealt with a lot of service departments and Service Managers. I've never had service to rival that provided by Phil.He's the best!

Really poor service and parts department. I needed a simple radio knob and they sent me the wrong part. The worst part is that after 6 months they couldn’t facilitate a refund or exchange for the correct part. Order parts you need online. They claim they sent me a return label, but did not and did not follow up with me when I told them that. It’s just a really poorly run operation.

I would give 0 stars if I could to the service department. I have been calling for basically a week trying to schedule an appointment and they have been unresponsive. I have been there a few times in the past, but it is very clear that they don’t value their customers. I will just get my car serviced at a different Porsche dealership going forward.
