I would give 0 stars if I could to the service department. I have been calling for basically a week trying to schedule an appointment and they have been unresponsive. I have been there a few times in the past, but it is very clear that they don’t value their customers. I will just get my car serviced at a different Porsche dealership going forward.
Best car buying experience we've ever had, Eric was so helpful as was all the staff. Great experience all around. Thank you for helping us find a nice new to us car! I can't leave Dimitri finance and insurance manager, he was amazing got us a great deal on the ceramic coating and made sure all the t's were crossed so we wouldn't have to come back 3 and a half hour away, but definitely worth the trip!
I've always been wary of buying cars out of state, so when I decided to buy a CPO Taycan, I was reluctant to venture too far from home (Bellevue, WA) even though I felt the options at my local dealership were quite limited.
