Shipping of parts took a long time, but they took care of me with a loaner car and regular updates on my vehicle.
The sales manager is an excellent fellow, unfortunately the organization does not properly support Porsche owners.
Completed my required 5-year service maintenance. Courteous service, relaxed lounge area with courtesy snacks, drinks, etc.. A great time to browse the new Porsches in the showroom.
