Absolutely unacceptable service. Porsche should be ashamed. I will never come back. When I scheduled my A/C diagnostic appointment, I didn’t just call — I made the effort to personally visit the dealership and speak face-to-face with a service advisor. I wanted to clearly explain my situation, answer any questions, and make sure everything was understood from the start. This was my worst ever experience about visiting a car dealership. I’ve only seen discrimination or getting judge only on social media but this was the first I ever experienced it on this dealership. I went to see a car but the sales manager had given me so many comments which I didn’t appreciate it at all first regarding my accent then he was like do you know how much this car costs ?
