I had a very bad accident, and Porrinis towed my van to their lot. Because it is a work van, I needed to get my equipment and supplies from the van. Steve, the owner, was so very helpful in allowing me to access to my van anytime I needed to. Normally, if a vehicle is in a towing yard, the owner will not allow anyone to retrieve things from the vehicle without paying the storage fee first. In my case this is up to the insurance company.
