I liked it because I showed up with a damaged vehicle, was supplied with a loaner (kudos to Enterprise) and returned to retrieve my repaired vehicle, which looked like it had never suffered any damage All I had to do was sign for the loaner, read the estimate, sign the repair order and drive home.
