She’s a good Dr, but very old school. With that being said expect some push back with requests especially if you are a younger parent. She does tend to rush through appointments but if you’re firm enough you can get your questions answered. Her front of office girl Marie I’d absolutely amazing and helpful.
MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS HAD DR.PORAL FOR YEARS NOW! THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING SHE IS SUCH A CARING THOUGHTFUL EXCELLENT DR. WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HER STAFF(MARIE) IS WONDERFUL I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY DO IT BUT I AM THANKFUL WE HAVE THEM!
I would definetly recommend Dr. Porral to any parent. I have an 11 year old and an infant, Dr. is very wise and answers all questions I have. I love how doesn't miss a step during a check up.
By farrr the worst Dr. She is far too aggresive. Good luck calling Dr. Porral with any questions. She makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Stay away!!!
Horrible. I came in with my 6 month old son who is very excited to meet anyone and she handled him so gruffly and firmly he cried. She told me that they tend to do that at this age with strangers. This is my 4th child , and no , he wasn't reacting because she was a stranger, he was reacting because she has no bedside manner! She pushed and pulled him and flipped him over too roughly. Also, she misdiagnosed him with thrush. I went with another ped and they confirmed, no, he did not have it. Awful
