I usually see Dr Beitner but she was unavailable-Dr Poronsky called me back, prescribed medicine and followed up with me-What a great doctor/practice!He was so professional as well as courteous-couldn't ask for more! Staff & nurses are so pleasant as well! Definitely a 5+
