BBQ was great. Served quickly.
Kind of a cool place, but the barbecue was lacking. There are no platters (kinda weird), most of the food being à la carte, which made it expensive. I settled for the burnt end sandwich. The sauce defines good barbecue and the sauce I chose tasted watery. I wanted to like it, but it was just fair and that’s just not good enough in the area known for the greatest barbecue. 🤷🏻♀️
It’s a basic bbq joint. Ribs are just okay. Not much flavor but they definitely got some smoke. Burnt ends were damntastic though! Their bbq sauce… they need to do something different because it ain’t bbq sauce. Imagine a steak sauce that’s more like a mop sauce. Very vinegary and I’m not a fan. Baked beans were a bit odd too. Potato salad is basic.
