The son of the owner is a racist ! He accused my boyfriend and I of not having the money to pay because we asked to test drive before paying after having to bring the truck back the next day after getting what we thought was the problem fixed. My husband and son get their haircut next door so he took my 2019 Kia Sorento to be aligned while getting their hair cut and they did not even do an alignment on it charged 76 and some change for the alignment and when he left the alignment was the same so he took it to NTB where they checked the alignment for free to prove that it had not been done. After going back several times i came with him to get a refund. They did not fully refund saying that they charge a 35$ inspection fee even if the vehicle fails the alignment. T... read more

Customers be careful they try to sell you stuff your car don't need . take my car to do safety inspection nothing wrong with the car and she fail it because of a belt . saying that was a steering problem that belt was ac compressor. Worst service ever plus they told me was because they trump supporters. Going to take further accion . el peor servicio they dont know
Mrs. Rebecca is an awesome lady. She kept me updated on how my claim and repairs were going at the shop. Since I moved to Charlotte I've always taken my car to them. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!! Thanks to everyone at the shop you guys rock.
Had my dead Kia towed there praying they could repair the throttle assembly and sensor. Not only did they do an amazing job, they stayed in touch with me along the way, got it running better than ever AND came in under estimate!! Thank you so much to Margarita and her awesome mechanics.
