Why is this place so popular, with SO many locations? Drinks are good. Staff is nice. Food is SO mediocre it's annoying

Great bourbon selection. No they don't have Pappy but who cares? They've got Breckenridge Bourbon - beat out Pappy in a blind taste test! FYI the Jacko Traveler pumpkin beer is fantastic!
