My mother became very disabled in 2016 and received home health care through Porchlight, but I or one of my siblings was also always around. Her primary caregiver was Ilungo Williams, but who is called Cookie by all. Cookie is OUTSTANDING. Compassionate, hard-working, just the best you could hope for. If you can get her to work with your family, it will be the best that could happen in a difficult time. We had a few other caregivers through Porchlight--some were good, others just barely adequate.
