Considering what you spend on their furniture they are not easy to deal with and customer service is awful. I bought a table 2 months ago and I was told the pillows for the chairs were going to be delivered within 2 weeks, it has been 2 months now...
Avoid this store. My husband and I went to Porch and Patio the first week of May to see Polywood items (it was listed as one of their showrooms). We had an idea of the items we were going to purchase but wanted to see them in person, sit in them, etc. One of their sale reps, Gina, showed us the different items and then reported she could place our order for us. We mentioned how we had a tight timeline do to a Memorial Day weekend party and wanted to make sure their timeline would be similar to Polywoods (4-5 business days). ... read more
