Michael did exactly what I wanted him to do.... EVERYTHING!! i did not have one moment of stress or agita, not one second of second thoughts, not a single stomp my foot and not even one hair was torn out. He made it as smooth as silk from the beginning, deciding on the correct and realistic listing price to the closing where it was a win/win all round. I couldn't be more pleased. Michael is incredible. His personable nature made the entire process easy for us.
