If you are a owner seeking reliable, competent property management, please look elsewhere! Porch, Light Property Management LLC will never admit when they are wrong. They don’t know what’s on your lease even after telling you to consult your lease they don’t manage the property except to take the rent and are slum property management. These past three years with them have been absolutely horrible, and non-advisable. I see why they have less than three stars… Should only have zero in my opinion. Get it together people!
