Bought metal tiles from this store in CA and now the tile has defects and markings on more than half of the tile set. (Paid over $300 for 7 pieces of metal hexagon backsplash). Reached out to the store and they refused to replace my tiles! DONT BUY!!!
We were excited to work with them as their tile and vanity selections looked great in the showroom. When we received the tiles it was completely different from what we had selected. The samples we liked in the store didn't match the final delivered product. The color was off and they texture was just a print. Not the sample we had seen. Also I would be very careful going to Porcelanosa, their quality seems really good in the store but when you get the final product at home, it looks not that great for the price you pay. I purchased a Noken Smart Shower Column model 100283346 at Porcelanosa Walnut Creek and picked it up at the San Jose warehouse on 2/6/23. Upon picking up the shower column and inspecting it, I noticed that the left water flow handle seemed loose and wobbly compared with floor models set up in the showrooms. However, for the high price of the column, I hoped the movement wasn't cause for concern.
